Casablanca Sayulita Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful and clean and right on the beach. The location is just far enough out of town to have less crowds and beautiful beachfront. Yeah it's still close enough to walk to town when you're up for crowds and vendors.. The staff was wonderful and took care of anything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

Great choice for a family vacation in Sayulita. It’s a very nice facility with a heated pool, outdoor lounge spaces, outdoor bbq and access to the beach. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was super comfortable and with the large rooms, kitchen and outdoor patios, it felt more like an apartment than hotel. Lastly great location just a few minute walk to town and right on the beach.

Quiet and peaceful sanctuary in Sayulita with a wonderful pool and beach access. We were in the building furthest from the beach and we could still hear the ocean from our room. The ac worked very well and the whole hotel was pristine. The design of the place was so lovely. Really beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. My husband and I are already excited for when we get to come back and stay here again.

The overall facilities are relaxing and a decent place to hang out in Sayulita. Alena, at the front desk was wonderful and made me feel welcome. The room could have been better. While the bed was comfortable, the curtains had too much mold on them and caused an allergic reaction in me. I understand the possibility of some mold in a tropical climate, but this was excessive. While the shower mostly had hot water, it leaked out the door and covered the bathroom floor. Poor design. I just mopped it up with my bath mat, but a little improvement by adding a seal at the bottom would be an easy fix. Occasionally I had an awful smell of sewage in my room. It took me a little bit to figure it out but the room's AC unit is back up against the hotel's public pool open air type bathroom and whenever someone went poop, my room smelled the same. With a few minor upgrades and maintenance updates, this place could easily been a 5 star. BTW- I highly recommended The Sawmam restaurant a few steps down the street. Their Sayulita guacamole is out of this world!

The grounds and pool and service was wonderful. The unit we stayed in was efficiency with a small fridge, 2 burners to cook on, and a coffee pot, no micro or toaster, and poor selection of cooking/kitchen utensils. We liked the spacious barroom and 2 outdoor terraces. Overall, a nice place to stay. Just know that some of the unit's living kitchen areas are barely adequate. Just eat out!!!

We had a great stay at Casablanca Sayulita Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The hotel is beautifully maintained with a relaxing atmosphere and a great location—close to town and the beach, yet quiet and peaceful. Our room was comfortable and well appointed, and the staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sayulita.

I stayed in A102, a charming King bed suite casita -- I had everything that I needed, and more! The spacious suite w/kitchenette, 2 private outdoor seating areas and easy access to the street to walk to restaurants and bars, markets, etc., and on the quiet end of the beach just steps away from a fun tiki bar and various food options. Sayulita is a great destination if you want to avoid American chain fast food and coffee shops.

We had a great stay at Casablanca and will return. I loved the atmosphere and ambience. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The pool was fabulous. So relaxing and very pretty. You can hear the ocean from the pool and from the room we stayed in. I loved having a straight access to the beach where we were able to get massages. Rooms were nice and clean. The rooms were air-conditioned, had a small kitchen, cute bathroom, and a comfortable king size bed. I highly recommend Casablanca in Sayulita. They had someone pick us up at the airport, even though we had to pay, it was nice not having to worry about transportation. They helped us with all our transportation needs. We visited San Pancho and the front staff made sure we had a taxi waiting for us at departure. If you are looking for a place to stay in Sayulita I highly recommend Casablanca. Beach access, close to restaurants and not far from center. We rented a golf cart and every night the night staff helped us. We felt secure and safe at Casablanca.
